She has filled out the paperwork and gotten her Twitter account rolling by tweeting things like “Soon”. Dash played Dionne Davenport, the main character Cher’s best friend, in Clueless in 1995. Most recently, she worked at FOX as an air contributor until 2016. Ms. Dash was born in Bronx, New York to drug addicted parents but she isn’t letting her upbringing do anything but inspire her. The former actress will be running for California’s 44th district which includes Compton, Watts, San Pedro and North Long Beach. “I live in the 44th unlike some who don’t live in their districts”, she added” Thank you for the support”. California’s 44th District has been in the hands of Democrats since 2012 but Stacey as a republican is hoping to change that. She is expected to be one of the top two primary candidates
